Size labels in this hobby describe a rough family, not a standard. This page is what we actually measure and cut to — read it before ordering rather than after.
The labels are not a standard
“MSD” is a convention, not a specification. Two sculpts both sold as MSD can differ by two centimetres across the shoulder, and by considerably more at the bust. A jacket cut to the larger of the two simply will not close on the smaller.
This is why every listing carries size markers rather than a single size name, and why we ask for the sculpt name before confirming an order.

How to measure your doll
- Shoulder — across the back, from one arm seam to the other, with the arms hanging naturally.
- Bust — the fullest point, tape snug but not compressing the resin.
- Waist — the narrowest point above the hip joint, which on most sculpts is higher than you expect.
- Inseam — from the crotch joint to the ankle joint, with the leg straight.
Send those four numbers in millimetres and we can check any piece against them.
Staining, and why we label dark fabrics
This is the part most shops leave out. Dyed fabric in prolonged contact with resin can transfer colour permanently — and unlike a stain on cloth, it cannot be washed out of a doll. Deep reds, navy, and anything with a high-saturation dye are the usual culprits.
Every dark piece we sell is pre-washed and colour-tested, and ships with a lining wherever the fabric meets resin directly. Where a fabric carries residual risk, the listing says so plainly and we will tell you again by email before cutting.
Our standing advice regardless of who you buy from: do not store a doll dressed in dark fabric for months at a time, and keep white body suits between resin and any deep-dyed garment.
Yellowing
Resin yellows with UV exposure — that is chemistry, not a defect, and nothing a garment can prevent. What clothing can do is create an uneven tan line if a doll sits half-dressed in daylight for a long period. Rotate what your doll wears, or keep it out of direct sun.

If we confirmed a fit and got it wrong, we alter or remake it at our cost, including return shipping. If the measurements supplied were not those of the doll it was ordered for, we will still alter it where physically possible, charged at cost. See the terms of sale for the full position.
